At Lucid Gem Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your moissanite jewelry, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please email on lucidgemsstudio@gmail.com for return or exchange.

Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and any damaged, used, or altered items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Warranty:

In addition to our return policy, all moissanite jewelry purchased from Lucid Gem Studio is covered by a exchange and replacement warranty. If your item is defective or becomes damaged within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

To request a replacement under warranty, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item for replacement. 

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the item. Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party are also not covered under the warranty.
